10 Year Limited Factory Warranty

All frames and welds are warranted for 10 years from the original date of purchase. The finish is warranted for 5 years against manufacturer’s defects or peeling. Frame and finish warranties are pro-rated and will be covered 100% for the first 2 years. All vinyl straps are warranted for 5 years against breakage or pulling out of frames. All slings are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for one year.

Service for authorized returns will be performed by the Manufacturer in Sarasota, Florida, or other such location as may be designated by the company. Parts and labor are included. The Manufacturer will pay freight costs for the first year in the Continental U.S. not including packaging. A "Return Goods Authorization" must be obtained from Florida Commercial Pool Furniture before returning products to the Manufacturer.

• Failure caused by abuse, neglect or acts of God.
• Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance.
• Seaside use: Due to the demands of salt air, the Manufacturer recommends weekly or biweekly periodic cleaning of buildup and potential oxidation.
• The Manufacturer also recommends quarterly waxing of your Florida Commercial Pool Furniture frames to assist in your product’s longevity.
• Failure or neglect to make needed cleaning and maintenance may cause the finish to blister, and such failure will void the Warranty.
• Furniture submerged in pool water.
• Furniture tampered with or altered by anyone other than original manufacturer.
• Normal wear & tear.
• Normal fading of finish, fabrics, woven materials or straps.
• Damage caused by bleach, ammonia, sun tan lotions or abrasive cleaners.
• All cracks or breaks in extrusion caused by freezing.
• Freight damage.
• Umbrellas.
• Sling distortion or normal sagging.
• Glass, fiberglass or acrylic table tops.
• Stone tops other than manufacturer defects.
