Any warranty claim must be submitted to Contract Furnishings International, Inc. with original proof of purchase, written documentation of claim, and photos detailing the damage. The warranty claimant shall be responsible for shipping or freight charges to our manufacturing facility. We will generally pay the return shipping costs for valid warranty repairs. In the event repairs and/or replacement are upon factory inspection determined not to be valid, i.e. due to wind damage, misuse, abuse, Acts of Nature, normal wear and tear, etc., then we will advise you of appropriate repair and shipping costs prior to making such repairs.
